术中输注氨基酸对全麻下腹腔镜手术患者围术期体温的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察术中输注氨基酸对全麻下腹腔镜手术患者围术期体温的影响。方法择期腹腔镜手术患者40例,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级,随机分为2组(n=20):从麻醉诱导后体温下降开始至手术结束,分别静脉输注复方氨基酸(15)双肽(2)注射液(AA组)、相当容量生理盐水(SI组),监测入室(T1),麻醉诱导后(T2),气腹后(T3),手术开始后30 min(T4)、1h(T5),手术结束后30 min(T6)、2h(T7)的温度。采用4分表法评价术后2 h内寒颤的发生情况。结果 AA组术中、术后体温无明显变化;SI组术中、术后体温较术前明显下降,明显低于AA组,围术期寒颤发生率明显高于AA组。结论术中输注氨基酸可加速复温,可通过提高基础代谢率,减少术后寒颤的发生率。
