化脓性脑膜炎合并真菌性脑膜炎临床分析并文献复习
摘要
化脓性脑膜炎（化脑）同时合并真菌性脑膜炎临床上较为少见,其诊断和治疗均较困难。笔者在北京儿童医院学习期间曾收治3例临床确诊的化脑合并真菌性脑膜炎患儿,现就其诊断治疗体会报道如下。
