摘要
根据电热炉对温度数据检测精密性以及实时控制可靠性的要求,提出了一种基于嵌入式处理器的炉温采集与控制系统。分析了该系统的工作原理和结构,设计了系统的硬件,完成了数据采集、精确温度控制以及数据存储等功能。研制出一台基于ARM(S3C2440A)的温度采集与控制系统,试验验证了该系统数据采集的可靠性和温度控制的精确性。该系统具有良好的经济性和实用价值。
According to the demands of precision and reliability in the temperature gathering and control system, design a kind of system based on embedded processor. Analyzed the structure and principle of it, design the hardware, complete the function of data acquisition, accurate temperature control and data storage. Design the temperature gathering and control system based on ARM ($3C2440A), the result shows the reliability of data gathering and the precision of control, and also, the cost is lower, the practical is better.
