摘要 以杉木第3代种子园15个优良家系种子为试验材料,通过种子发芽胁迫试验,分析不同铝浓度处理对15个杉木优良家系种子发芽的影响。并应用主成分分析法筛选出不同耐铝型杉木优良家系,为耐铝机理的研究提供试验材料。结果表明,与对照相比,不同浓度铝胁迫对参试的杉木15个家系种子绝对发芽势、绝对发芽率、胚根长、胚轴长、鲜生物量和干生物量均有不同程度的抑制效应;随着铝浓度的升高,杉木种子发芽各指标的抑制效应逐渐增强。以毒害效应指数值为原始数据进行主成分分析,筛选出13号和8号家系为耐铝型家系;9号和12号家系为中等程度耐铝型家系;4号及10号家系为铝敏感型家系。 Fifteen superior families seeds of the third generation seed garden of Cunninghamia lanceolata were treated as materials,the effect of the different aluminum concentration on the 15 C.lanceolata superior families seed germination were analyzed,and selection of the different types of aluminum-tolerance of C.lanceolata families through method of component analysis were also done to offer experimental material for mechanism research.The results showed as follows.Compared with the control,the different aluminum concentration had different inhibitory effect on absolute germination rate,absolute germination potential,radical length,plumular axis length,fresh biomass and dry biomass of 15 C.lanceolata superior families and the inhibitory effect gradually increased with the increment of aluminum concentration.The response index(RI) value were taken as the original data,family 13 and family 8 were selected as aluminum-resistant families,family 9 and family 12 were selected as the moderate aluminum-tolerance families,and family 4 and family 10 were selected as the aluminum-sensitive families by the method of component analysis.
