Study of the Output Data about Dialysis Pressure Transducer in Fresenious Hemodialysis Machine

目的研究Fresenious血液透析机内部的透析压力(跨膜压力)换能器(Ttmp)在常温、正常情况下的静态输出数据,以方便后续进行国产化。方法采用三台正常在用的Fresenious血液净化治疗机的Ttmp在机检测和离机检测两种情况,获取该Ttmp的有效输出数据。结果将获取得到的在机和离机情况数据按Ttmp处在不同直流供压状态下绘出VOUT(输出电压值)-P(施加压力)关系曲线。结论通过Ttmp不同直流供压状态下的VOUT-P关系曲线可以看出输出数据线性、重复性、稳定性好,无明显迟滞、漂移现象,输出线性系数近似为11 mV/V/bar。

Objective To study the static output data of the transmembrane pressure transducer （Ttmo） inside Fresenious hemodialysis machine under ordinary temperature and normal conditions so as to facilitate subsequent nationalization. Methods Acquired Ttmp output data by selecting 3 normal Fresanious hemodialysis machine and detecting effective output data of Ttmp in two modes of on-line and off-line. Results Converting the Ttmp output data of on-line and off-line into Vour （the value of the output voltage） -P （pressure） curve when the Ttmp is at different DC supply voltage and different liquid pressure .Conclusion Calculating according to the Ttmp Vou^-P curve under different DC supply voltage state, the output data is of good linear, repeatability and stability, and no obvious hysteresis and drift were found. The output linear coefficient is approximate to 11 mV/V/bar.
