乳腺癌基质金属蛋白酶的表达及其意义

EXPRESSION AND ROLE OF METALLOPROTEINASES IN BREAST CANCER

目的 研究基质金属蛋白酶 (MMPs)与乳腺癌的关系。方法 采用文献回顾的方法对基质金属蛋白酶在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义加以综述。结果 正常状态下 ,人体内基质金属蛋白酶与其组织抑制剂保持一种平衡状态 ;而在体外及体内的多项研究中发现 ,在乳腺癌中多种基质金属蛋白酶有增强的表达。结论 乳腺癌的生长、浸润及转移与基质金属蛋白酶的表达及其抑制剂关系密切。基质金属蛋白酶可能为一个新的有价值的乳腺癌预后指标 。

[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]The literature in recent years on the relationship between the expression of MMPs and breast cancer was reviewed. [WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]The balance between MMPs and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases (TIMPs) is keeping normally kept in human body. Many of the studies showed that the expression of MMPs is increased in breast cancer. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]The growth, invasion and metastasis of breast cancer is closely related with the increased expression of MMPs. This suggests that MMPs is a valuable prognostic marker and TIMPs would be a novel drug against cancer. [HT6,5”] [WT5”HZ]
