通过问卷调查方式获取广东省医院医学工程学科的一手资料,及时了解全省医学工程科设置情况和管理职能,了解各级医院临床医学工程技术人员的构成、工作状况及专业技能知识培训需求等。本文针对广东省医学工程部门学科建设存在的问题,提出一些解决的方法和建议。

Through conduction of questionnaires in medical engineering disciplines construction in Guangdong hospitals, the first-hand data concerning construction of medical engineering disciplines are obtained, which helps to understand the structures and management functions of medical engineering disciplines in the whole province. Simultaneously, personnel structures, working status and their needs in training of professional skills are acquired from hospitals of different levels. Additionally, some solutions and suggestions are put forward according to the existing problems of medical engineering disciplines in Guangdong.
