摘要
目的探讨彩色超声引导下经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)的准确性和安全性,解决临床传统穿刺不能完成的PICC病例,提高穿刺置入成功率。方法对54例经静脉给药肿瘤化疗患者行超声引导PICC置管。结果穿刺成功率98.1%(53/54),一次进针成功率92.5%(49/53),1例穿刺过程中患者主诉心悸,要求终止置管。结论彩色超声引导下PICC置管,具有直观、动态、准确、安全的特点,大大地提高了穿刺置入的成功率。
Objective To investigate the accuracy and safety of color Doppler ultrasound-guided peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）, so as to solve the unsuccessful PICC cases with traditional puncture and improve the success rate. Methods Carried out color Doppler ultrasound-guided PICC in 54 cases of tumor chemotherapy patients who were administered intravenously. Results The success ratio of puncture achieves 98.1% （53/54）, for insertion at a time, the success ratio achieves 92.5% （49/53）. One patient got palpitation during the puncture and catheterization is forced to be stopped. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound-guided PICC is intuitive, dynamic, accurate and safe, can greatly improve the success ratio of puncture and catheterization.
