摘要 目的研究磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)技术在脑梗死诊断中的应用价值。方法应用DWI和常规磁共振成像(MRI)平扫对46例脑梗死患者进行检查,对所得的结果进行总结分析。结果超急性期13例病灶DWI全部显示为明显高信号,T2WI和T2Flair信号强度无明显异常改变;急性期22例脑梗死患者病灶DWI全部显示为高信号,T2WI和T2Flair上也均表现为高或稍高信号,检出率为100%;亚急性期7例DWI表现为稍高信号,较急性期信号下降,T2WI和T2Flair为高信号;慢性期4例DWI表现为等信号或低信号,T2WI上表现为明显高信号。结论 DWI对早期脑梗死的诊断准确率高,明显优于常规MRI。 Objective To study the significance of the magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) technology in diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Methods DWI and conventional MR/(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scan are applied in examination of 46 patients with cerebral infarction. Then, analysis of the results are made. Results 13 hyperacute lesions show significantly high signals through DWI with no obvious abnormal changes in T2WI and T2Flair signals. 22 patients who are in the acute phase of cerebral infarction lesions show high signals through DWI with high or slightly high T2WI and T2Flair signals and the detection rate of 100%. 7 subacute cases show slightly high signals through DWI, which are lower than the signal of the acute phase. T2WI and T2Flair of 7 subacute cases show high signal. 4 DWI cases are in the chronic phase and show equal signals or low signals with significantly high T2WI signals. Conclusion With its characteristic of high accuracy, DWI diagnosis of early cerebral infarction is significantly superior to conventional MR/.
