摘要 造纸机气罩是造纸干燥部很重要的一部分,其设计对纸机的正常稳定运行及干燥能耗有重要影响。零位和露点是纸机气罩运行优化控制系统的重要参数,直接关系到气罩的进风量和排风量,与能源消耗密切相关,因此正确控制这两项对节约能耗具有重要意义。本文以密闭气罩为研究对象,通过数学建模得到零位和露点控制模型,从系统硬件、软件、通讯3方面详细介绍了系统开发环境,同时使用Proficy iFIX组态软件设计开发了造纸机气罩运行优化控制系统。 The hood of paper machine is a very important part of drying section of paper making. Its design has an important impact on the normal and stable operation of the machine as well as energy consumption. The zero level and dew point are important parameters in operation optimization control system, which are directly related to the amount of exhaust and supply air flow. Thus, correctly control these two parameters is significant of energy saving. This system puts closed hood as research object, through mathematical modeling to get zero level and dew point control model. It also introduces development environment from hardware, software and communication. Using Proficy iFIX configuration software to design and develop the paper machine hood operation optimization control system.
