间位芳纶纤维/浆粕热收缩差异对纸张性能的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Thermal Contraction Difference between Meta-Aramid Fiber and Pulp on Aramid Paper

摘要 采用TEM观察分析热压后几种芳纶纤维与浆粕的界面现象,比较几种纤维与浆粕间界面的不同,并采用SEM对热压后不同芳纶复合纸的表面进行观察,研究分析复合纸表面皲裂现象及造成该现象的原因。观察发现热压过程中纤维与浆粕间会形成"物理结合型"界面,由于纤维与浆粕的热收缩性不同会导致界面皲裂现象。 Interface phenomenon of several kinds of aramid fibers and fibrids was observed by TEM after hot pressing, difference of several kinds of interface was compared. Surface of aramid composite paper was observed by SEM, surface crack of composite paper was studied, and the reason was analyzed. It is concluded that "physical combination type" interface appears between fiber and pulp during hot pressing, surface crack turn up because of the thermal contraction difference between fiber and aramid.
