摘要
教学组织和科研组织是大学长期发展及其学术组织分化的产物。两者同为大学的学术组织,分别承担相应的功能,既具有显著的共性,又表现出明显的差异。基于存在的共性和差异,教学组织和科研组织在保持各自特征的基础上可以实现融合相通、互为补充、协同发展,今后可以共同采取一些新型的发展模式。
Teaching group and scientific research group are two types of group derivative from university's long-term development and disintegration of its academic groups. Both types of group compose university's academic groups, while each type of group undertakes its corresponding responsibility. These two types of group have both common characters and distinct differences. While keeping their own characteristics, teaching group and scientific research group can merge and connect with each other, complement each other, achieve coordinative development, or even collectively adopt some new patterns of development in the future.
