摘要
目的了解精神专科医院初级职称与高级职称员工心理健康水平,寻找影响心理健康的因素,并通过有效的减压方法维护身心健康。方法对我院184名员工实施症状自评量表(SCL-90)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表和卡特尔16种人格因素量表(16PF)测试。使用SPSS统计软件。结果①初级职称组与中高级职称组睡眠总分无显著差异。以PSQI总分7为划界分,提示睡眠质量总体来说比较好;②初级职称组在SCL-90精神病因子上的得分高于中高级职称组(P<0.05),其他各因子差异性不显著;③初级职称组在16PF因素C、因素E、因素G、因素Q1、因素Q2及次级人格因素怯懦与果断型、成就感、成功希望上的得分低于中高级职称人员(P<0.05或<0.01),在因素Q4及次级人格因素适应与焦虑型上的得分高于中高级职称人员(P<0.05)。结论初级职称员工心理健康状况差于中高级职称员工。中高级职称员工个性特征与初级职称员工相比具有明显的特点。
Objective To explore mental health status and its influencing factor of primary and senior professional title employ ees in Kailuan Mental Health Center. Methods A total of 184 staffs were evaluated with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL--90) ,Pitts- burgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Cattell--16 personality factors(16PF). Results @There was no significant difference in to- tal score of sleep between primary and senior professional title employees,Employee' quality of sleep was well according to 7 points. @Primary professional title employees had higher scores in psychosis factor of SCL-- 90 than middle or senior professional title em- ployees (P'~ 0.05 ). @ Primary professional title employees had lower scores in factor C, factor E, factor G, factor Q1, factor Q2, and factor N (cowardice and decisive),profession and sense of achievement,able to grow up in new environment than middle or senior professional title employees(P〈0. 01,0. 05),but higher scores in factor Q4 and secondary personal factor I (adaptation and anxi- ety)(P〈0.05). Conclusion The mental health status of employees with primary professional is worse than those of middle and seniors. The employees with middle ,senior professional have high tendency in personality characteristics.
