团体心理治疗对分裂症残留期社会功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of Group Psychotherapy on Social Function and Quality of Life of Schizophrenic in Residual Period

目的探讨团体心理治疗对分裂症残留期患者精神症状及生活质量的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,实验组在常规药物治疗同时给予团体心理治疗,疗程3个月,于治疗前和治疗后3个月,6个月采用阴性症状量表(SANS)评定疗效,用社会功能评定量表(SSPI)评定社会功能,于治疗前和治疗后6个月用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评定生活质量。结果经过3个月,6个月治疗后,实验组阴性症状量表(SANS)评分有明显下降(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后无显著变化;两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组社会功能评定量表(SSPI)评分3个月、6个月升高显著(P<0.05),对照组3个月、6个月后社会功能未见改善。两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组GQOLI-74总分、躯体功能、心理功能维度、社会功能维度在治疗6个月后有显著性差异(t=3.26,2.83,2.79,2.69;P<0.05),对照组在治疗6个月后(t=1.27,1.37,1.06,1.05;P>0.05)无显著差异,实验组评分较对照组升高显著(P<0.01)。结论团体心理治疗能有效改善分裂症残留期患者的精神症状,提高其社会功能和生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of group psychotherapy on social function and quality of life of schizophrenic in residual period. Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients,the experimental group was treated with group psychotherapy based on conventional drug treatment for 3 months, before treatment and 3 months, 6 months after treatment using negative symptom scale（SANS）to assess the efficacy,using social function rating scale （SSPI）to assess social function,using GQOLI--74 to assess quality of life before treatment and 6 months after t＇reatment. Results After 3 months, 6 months after treatment,negative symptom scale （SANS）scores decreased significantly （t = 2.17,3.63;P〈0 05）in experimental group ;There were no significant differences in control group （t= 1.05,1.25~P〈0.05）. Dif- ference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0 05）. The social function of experimental group increased significantly （t = 2.32,2.45~P〈 0.05）in 3 months and 6 months, but there were no improved in control,difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0 05）. GQOLI--74 total score,physical function,psychological function and social function in experi- mental group increased significantly after 6 months （t = 3.26,2.83,2.79,2.69;P〈 0.05）,but did not increase in control group （t = 1.27,1.37,1.06,1.05 ;P〉 0.05）the experimental group scored significantly higher than control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Group psychotherapy can effectively improve the psychotic symptoms of schizophrenic in residual period, and improve their social function and quality of life.
