按摩结合手术矫形治疗儿童重症痉挛型脑瘫

Correction of Severe Spastic Cerebral Palsy in Children by Combination of Massage with Operation

为探讨中医按摩结合手术矫形治疗儿童重症痉挛型脑瘫的方法 ,对 83例重症痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为 A组和 B组。A组采用术前下肢按摩、手术矫形和术后功能锻炼等 ;B组则单纯下肢手术矫形。结果 :A组治疗 3～ 6月后患儿双下肢内收肌、屈膝肌和小腿三头肌的肌力与治疗前比较 ,差异有显著性 ,P<0 .0 0 1。 A组优、良、改善率分别为40 .0 %、48.0 %、12 .0 % ;B组分别为 2 2 .4%、5 3.5 %、2 4.1%。2组优良率比较差异有显著性 ,P<0 .0 5。提示 :中医按摩可降低痉挛型脑瘫下肢肌张力 ,在按摩基础上结合手术和术后功能锻炼 ,可获得更好疗效。

In order to investigate the curative effects of combination of massage with operation for severe spastic cerebral palsy, 83 cases of severe spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into group A and group B: group A receiving preoperative passage of lower limb, surgical correction and postoperative function exercise; group B undergoing surgical correction of lower limb only. The results showed that the myodynamia of the lower limbs in the group A was significantly improved after massage for 3 to 6 months ( P <0 001). The rate of excellent, good and improved curative effect was 40 0 %, 48 0 % and 12 0 5 in the group A and 22 4 %, 53 5 % and 24 1 % in the group B, respectively ( P <0 05). It was suggested that massage could decrease the myodynamia of the lower limbs in spastic cerebral palsy. Combination of massage with operation and postoperative function exercise could obtain better therapeutic effects.
