康复对偏瘫患者ADL能力的影响以及与某些因素的关系

Effect of Rehabilitation on ADL Ability of Hemiplegic Patients and Some Related Factors

为了解偏瘫患者 ADL 的康复疗效以及与某些因素的关系 ,对我院 10年来收治的 35 3例经过系统康复的偏瘫患者进行了回顾性研究。结果 :治疗前后患者 ADL 能力比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;而病程时间的长短对其ADL能力改善影响不大 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;但年龄因素对其改善有一定影响 (P<0 .0 5 )。提示 :康复治疗对于不同时期的偏瘫患者在提高其生活质量方面有着显著性的作用 ,但随着患者年龄的增加 ,其生活质量的改善差异明显。

In order to understand the rehabilitation therapeutic effect of ADL in the patients with hemiplegia and some related factors, 353 cases of hemiplegia receiving systemic rehabilitation treatment in the past 10 years were retrospectively studied.The ADL ability in the patients with hemiplegia was significantly improved after rehebilitation treatment ( P <0 05). The disease duration had no significant effect on the improvement of ADL ability ( P >0 05), but age of the patients had some relation with the improvement of ADL ability ( P <0 05). It was suggested that rehabilitation treatment could obviously improve the life quality of the patients with hemiplegia at different stages. Age was one of the factors influencing the life quality of the patients with hemiplegia.
