牙根移位术在前牙颈部折断中的应用临床观察

Application of root transposition in the front teeth fracture on neck

目的 寻找一种简单易行的提高前牙颈部折断治疗效果的方法。方法 对我院门诊 1997年 1月～ 1999年 12月期间诊治的 89例前牙颈部折断患者行牙根移位术治疗。结果 除 1例因再次外伤致感染拔牙外 ,其余美观及功能恢复满意。结论 牙根移位术治疗前牙颈部折断是一种疗效可靠的临床新方法。

Objective To find a method to improve the effect of treating the front teeth fracture on neck easily.Method 89 cases of front teeth fracture on neck were treated with root transposition from January 1997 to December 1999.Result All recovered satisfying in both esthetics and function aspects,excluding one infected with second trauma and be extracted.Conclusion Root transposition is a new method with excellent effect in curing the front teeth fracture on neck [
