儿童注意缺陷多动障碍医教结合干预研究初探 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨建立儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)医教结合干预模式。方法:选取目标学校作为干预组同时设立对照组,对干预组学校教师进行定期培训,并对ADHD学生及家长开展药物治疗、行为训练、感觉统合训练、体育运动等方面的综合指导与干预;对照组仅做门诊常规治疗及随访。结果:通过为期1年的综合干预,干预组ADHD学生的症状表现有明显改善,83%家长对总体治疗情况满意,在干预学校教师对ADHD疾病的认识有明显提高;对照组ADHD学生的症状表现未见明显改变。结论:医教结合使ADHD疾病诊断更加完善,对ADHD学生治疗更具效果,让医、教、家多方受益。 Objective: To study the interventions combining medicine and education on child attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) . Methods: A common primary school was selected as the target school and comprehensive interventions were given, meanwhile the control group was set up in our outpatient clinic. In the intervention group, regular trainings about ADHD were done for school teachers and the ADHD students and their parents were introduced to the comprehensive guidance and interventions including drug therapy, behavior training, sensory integrative training, sports program and so on. In the control group, routine treatment and follow, up were done in the out- patient clinic. Results: Through a one -year comprehensive intervention, the symptoms and performance of ADHD students were significant- ly improved and 83% of their parents were satisfied with their overall treatment. In the target school, teachers'knowledge of ADHD was obvi- ously increased. But in the control group, there were no obvious changes of the symptoms and performance in ADHD students. Conclusion: The combination of medicine and education makes ADHD diagnosis more perfect, allows ADHD students'treatment more effective and gives doctors, teachers as well as parents more benefits.
