子宫内膜异位症在位内膜孕激素受体及黏蛋白-1的表达

Expressions of progesterone receptors and mucin-1 in endometriosis endometrium

摘要 目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症在位内膜孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)、黏蛋白-1(mucin-1,MUC1)的表达及相关意义。方法:采集子宫内膜异位症患者及输卵管因素不孕患者在位子宫内膜,采用免疫组织化学方法检测内膜MUC1的表达;免疫蛋白印迹(Western Blot)技术检测相关孕激素受体的表达,并统计分析其相互关系。结果:子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜孕激素受体B亚型在不同月经周期的表达差异不明显,在分泌期的表达未见明显增加,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者在位内膜的PRB与MUC1表达趋势相一致,PRA与MUC1没有明显的相关性。结论:子宫内膜异位症在位内膜MUC1表达的减少与内膜PRB表达变化紧密相关,其表达变化可能是内异症不孕的原因之一。 Objective: To explore the expressions and significances between progesterone receptors (PR) and mucin - 1 ( MUC1 ) in endometriosis endometrium. Methods: Imunohistochemi- cal and Western blot were utilized to determine the expressions of PRand MUC1 in Eutopic endometrial obtained from the operative patients with endometriosis (EMs group) and the patients with oviduct block (control group) respectively. Results: There was no difference in levels of PRB expression within menstrual cycle in endometriosis endome- trium, and the expression of PRB was not significantly increased in mid - luteal phase compared with control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) . The varia- tion of PRB was also observed coinciding with MUG1 expression but not PRA. Conclusion : The expressions of PRB and MUC1 have closely correlation in endometriosis endometrium, which might be one of the factors in infertile women with endometriosis.
