摘要
从美国农村地区居民卫生医疗服务需求、供给以及支付能力3个维度分析美国农村地区卫生医疗现状,指出医疗供需不平衡产生的主要原因是农村地区卫生人力资源的短缺。继而分析卫生人力短缺问题产生的根源,总结提炼了美国应对农村卫生人力短缺的各项政策措施并对其效果进行简要评述,希望为我国农村卫生人力资源的培养和发展提供借鉴。
It analyzes present situation of medical care in rural America from three dimensions： rural residents＇ health service demand, supply and the ability to pay for health services. The main reason for health service imbalance of supplyment and demanding is the shortage of rural health professions. The paper analyzes the cause of the shortage of health professions, sums up the policy solutions and evaluates the policy effect briefly to provide lessons for developing rural health professions in China.
