摘要
目的:了解医院病房工作量指标考核绩效工资的局限性并提出相应的考核方法。方法:通过运用"住院病种分值"工作量指标考核病房的绩效工资,并使之成为医院激励员工的重要手段和方法。结果与结论:合理的工作量指标考核对能有效降低病人医疗费用,缓解床位紧张的状况。
Objective: To understand the limitation of hospital workload assess index of performance salary and put forward the corresponding assessment method. Methods: By using score of hospitalized disease type to assess performance salary, it becomes an important mean to motivate staff. Results: Reasonable workload assessment index can effectively reduce the medical cost, ease the tense situation of beds.
