摘要
文章首先从人力资源管理角度界定了情报职业,提出了情报职业胜任力、情报职业胜任力模型的概念,认为情报职业胜任力模型应为包含专业能力、个人能力和核心能力的动力系统。借鉴知识员工胜任力模型的相关研究,初步构建了7个维度、29个子能力的情报职业胜任力模型。
This paper defines the intelligence professional ,introduces the concept of information professional competence and information professional competence model, and believes that information professional competence model is a power system including professional competence, personal skills and core competencies. Drawing on knowledge workers competency model related research, the authors provide an initial construction of information professional competence model including 7 dimensions and 29 sub - capacities.
