摘要
文章从技术角度出发,分析了数字资源权益分享技术机制的内容,探讨了技术机制、法律机制和市场机制三者之间的矛盾和冲突,并提出了完善技术机制的建议,旨在为数字资源权益分享提供参考。
From the angle of technology, this paper introduces the contents of technology mechanism of digital re- source equity sharing, analyzes the conflicts between technology mechanism, law mechanism and market mechanism, gives some advice in order to improve the progress of technology mechanism and refer to develop Chinese digital resources equity sharing mechanism.
