摘要
文章基于武汉大学图书馆业务调查和访谈,剖析图书馆与电信两者业务理念的结合点,从而借鉴电信商务过程框架eTOM来描述图书馆运营过程,并将其运营流程视图从零级逐步分解到第二级视图,最后得出图书馆各参与方业务关系视图。
Based on the survey and interview of business process about Wuhan University Library, the similarities of service concept between library and telecom are analyzed. On that basis, the kind of eTOM model is used to describe library operation process. This paper makes the library operation framework from level 0 gradually decomposed into level 2 process grouping. Finally, the authors mention participants business relationship map.
