摘要 1病历资料 患者男，65岁，因“胸闷伴咳嗽、咳痰十余天”于2011—12—19入院。患者十余天前出现胸闷，活动后加重，伴咳嗽、咳白色黏痰；无发热、盗汗，无胸痛、咯血，无夜间阵发性呼吸困难。于院外应用药物治疗（具体药物、剂量不详），
