永磁同步电动机效率优化控制仿真研究

摘要 研究内置式永磁同步电动机(IPMSM)的损耗数学模型,结合电机转矩约束、电流幅值约束和电机控制回路逆变器最大电压约束,通过构造拉格朗日方程或采用近似计算方法,求解并确定电机损耗最小时的优化控制电流。在Simulink仿真环境下,根据优化电流求解过程,建立一个实时损耗最小的效率优化仿真模块,在利用SVPWM的IPMSM矢量控制基础之上,加入上述效率优化仿真块,最终实现关于损耗的IPMSM效率优化控制仿真研究。 This paper studied the loss properties of built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM), combined with the motor torque constraint, current constraint and voltage constraint of inverter maximum of motor con- trol circuits, the Lagrange equation was established or the approximate calculation method was use to solve and deter- mine the optimal control current for motors with minimum loss. With Simulink, an efficieney optimization simulation module of real-time with minimal loss was established according to the current optimization solution process, and the efficiency optimization simulation mode was joined into the simulation of IPMSM vector control based on the SVPEM, and finally the efficiency optimization control simulation was realized based on loss of the IPMSM.
