应用基因芯片检测分枝杆菌在关节结核早期诊断中的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨基因芯片技术对关节结核的早期临床诊断价值。方法抽取关节疾病108例患者的关节积液,应用基因芯片技术对关节积液进行分枝杆菌的检测及其菌种鉴定,并将结果与传统的抗酸染色法进行比较。结果 108例关节疾病中,确诊为结核性关节炎59例。基因芯片法显示结核分枝杆菌阳性51例,阳性率86.44%(51/59);非结核分枝杆菌感染8例,阳性率7.41%(8/108);2例复合阳性。抗酸染色显示阳性5例,阳性率8.47%(5/59),该5例基因芯片法也阳性。基因芯片法和抗酸染色法的结核分枝杆菌阳性检出率有统计学差异(P<0.01)。非关节结核49例基因芯片法检测结核分枝杆菌均阴性,特异度为100%。结论基因芯片技术对鉴别结核分枝杆菌及非结核分枝杆菌分型具有快速、敏感、特异性高的特点,在关节结核早期诊断和治疗上具有重要临床价值。
