摘要
用紫外分光光度法测定法昔洛韦片的溶出度 ,方法简便快捷 ,选择性好 ,灵敏度高 ,回收率为 10 0 .2 % ,RSD为 0 .6 6 %。
The dissolution of famciclovir tablets was studied by UV spectrophotometry. The detection wavelength was 306 nm, the linear range was 5~30 μg/ml. The average recovery was 100.2% with RSD of 0.66%.
