摘要 介绍了一类新型的全合成抗菌药——唑烷酮类化合物的最新研究进展。着重讨论了该类抗菌剂的构效关系。 Recent advances on a new class of synthetic antibacterial agents oxazolidinones are reviewed. The emphasis has been paid on structure activity relationship, mechanism of action and antibac terial activity, as well as the synthesis of typical compounds.
