叙述了玻璃化药品的特点、玻璃化转变温度以及实现药品玻璃化的方法 ;
The characters of amorphous pharmaceuticals and the glass transition temperature and the methods to realize vitrification of pharmaceuticals were discussed. The effects of vitrification on the quality and stability of pharmaceuticals in the freeze drying process were analyzed.
