This paper briefly introduces the history and status quo of book＇ s resale price maintenance in different countries, and outlines principles to evaluate book＇s resale price maintenance under the home and abroad antitrust laws, policies and judicial precedents. It also analyzes the effects of book＇ s resale price maintenance. Finally, it concludes that book＇ s resale price maintenance in China could not be exempted from antitrust rules.
