摘要
目的:探讨高职生共情、特质愤怒与宽恕的关系。方法:采用人际反应指数问卷、特质愤怒量表与宽恕量表对两所高职院校高职生进行问卷调查。结果:共情、观点采择与宽恕他人、宽恕均呈正相关,与特质愤怒呈负相关;共情关注与自我宽恕呈负相关,与宽恕他人呈正相关;自我宽恕、宽恕他人与特质愤怒呈负相关;共情对于宽恕有显著的正向影响,特质愤怒对宽恕的自我宽恕、宽恕他人的调节作用大小不同,对于宽恕他人的调节作用更大,而对自我宽恕调节作用较小。结论:共情与特质愤怒对宽恕有显著交互作用。
This study, by using the interpersonal response index scale, the trait anger scale, and the forgive- ness scale, aims to explore the relationship between higher vocational school students' empathy, trait anger and forgiveness. The results show the following: empathy and perspective taking have a positive correlation with beth self-forgiveness and other-oriented forgiveness, but a negative correlation with trait anger; empathic concern has a ' negative correlation with self-forgiveness, but a positive correlation with other-oriented forgiveness; self-forgive- ness and other-oriented forgiveness have a negative correlation with trait anger; empathy has a positive effect on forgiveness; trait anger has a greater regulatory effect on other-oriented forgiveness than on self-forgiveness. The article concludes that empathy and trait anger have a significant interactive effect on forgiveness.
