培哚普利对心力衰竭患者心率变异性的影响及意义

Effect and significance of perindopril on heart rate varant of patients with congestive heart failure

将 5 9例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分两组。对照组仅给常规治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服培哚普利。治疗前后行 2 4小时动态心电图监测 ,进行心率变异性 (HRV)时域分析。结果表明 ,治疗组治疗前后及与对照组比较 ,其 HRV均有显著性差异 (分别为 P<0 .0 1、 <0 .0 5 )。提示培哚普利能显著提高心力衰竭患者的 HRV。

cases of patients with congestive heart failure (CHF)were divided randomly into two groups(Group A and Group B) Group A(31 cases) accepted perindopril 2 mg daily and group B accepted routine drugs Dynamic ECG were monitored before and after observation and HRV were caculated Result showed that the HRV had markedly significant difference between group A and group B and before and after treatment in group A.This suggests perindopril can increase the HRV of the patients with CHF [WT5”HZ]
