摘要
当今社会出现了以学校出身为主要标准来衡量、招聘、选拔、任用人才的"校历主义"倾向。其产生有社会的标签化现象、管理的简单化倾向、高校的过度分层、第一学历教育出现的某些问题等多种根源。"校历主义"对社会的危害主要是:助推应试教育,强化择校行为;复辟等级观念,扭曲选才用人制度;打击后天努力,违背成才规律;否定继续教育,阻碍学习型社会建设;损害高等教育的多元特色发展等。遏制"校历主义"的发展,需要政府、高校、社会用人单位、个体四个方面共同努力。
Nowadays, there's the phenomenon that the evaluation, employment, selec- tion and appointment of talents depend largely on the talents' university status, which is called the supremacy of university status. Its causes are various, such as the labeling stand- ards from the society, simplification tendency in management, over-stratification in the uni- versities, some problems in the first degree education and so on. The supremacy of universi- ty status brought serious harm to the society. It boosts exam-oriented education, and inten- sifies the choosing school; restores the sense of hierarchy, and distorts the talents selection and employment system; beats hard-working, and disobeys the rule of talents-cultivation; denies the continuing education, and hinders the construction of learning society; and dama- ges the diversified development of higher education. To suppress the supremacy of university status, it needs the concerted efforts of the governments, the universities, the employers and the individuals.
