高职教育对接区域经济的现状分析与路径选择

The Situation Analysis and Route Choice of Higher Vocational Education Docking to the Regional Economy

高职教育是与区域经济联系最为密切的现代教育形式,其生命力体现在与区域经济的对接上。当前我国高职教育与区域经济对接中存在的主要问题是:高职院校服务区域经济的意识不强,人才培养目标定位不准,专业设置与区域经济社会发展需求脱节,人才培养质量难以满足区域经济社会发展需求,与区域产业对接的体制机制不健全。为此,高职院校必须树立开放办学的高职教育观,按区域产业岗位设置专业,培养区域产业不可替代性人才,大力开展"立地式"研发,并不断拓展社会服务的范围。

Higher vocational education is a mode of modern education, whose vitality ex- ists in docking to the regional economy. At present, there＇ re such problems as insufficient awareness of serving the regional economy, imprecise location of talents cultivation, mis- match between the program and the regional economy society development,low quality of talent cultivation for the society demand, the unsound system and mechanism of docking to the regional industry. Therefore, higher vocational education institutes should established the education view of running the school open, establish the programs according to the re- gional industry posts, cultivate the irreplaceable talents for the regional industry, promote the research and development based on the regional need, and expand the social service sphere.
