农村人力资本积累与城乡收入差距的实证分析

本文运用向量自回归计量分析模型来探讨我国农村人力资本积累与城乡收入差距的动态关系。结果表明,无论从长期还是短期来看,我国农村人力资本积累对城乡收入差距都具有显著的影响,农村人力资本积累不足是城乡收入差距扩大的主要原因之一。因此,要通过加大对农村医疗和教育投入等途径来缩小城乡收入差距。

In this paper, we use VAIL model to discus the dynamic relationship between the accumulation of human capital in rural areas and the urban-rural income gap. The results show that, from either long or short-term point of view, the accumulation of human capital in rural areas has a significant impact on the income gap between urban and rural areas, and the lack of the accumulation of hu- man capital in rural areas is one of the main reasons of the urban-rural income gap. Therefore, in order to narrow the income gap be- tween urban and rural areas, it＇s need to increase the investment in medical,in education and other means.
