基于草原生态安全条件下土地利用调控与对策——以内蒙古锡林郭勒盟为例

合理利用土地是生态环境建设的基础,是社会经济发展的必然条件。本文通过研究近10年间锡林郭勒盟土地利用类型的变化,分析了在土地利用中所存在的问题,针对锡盟地区土地资源利用的特点及未来发展趋势,为实现土地资源的优化配置,提出了相关的建议,通过制定合理地土地利用规划,实现土地集约高效利用;充分发挥资源的潜力和优势有计划地开发土地资源;通过加大对土地的投入来提高土地生产力;加强草地资源的保护,提高植被覆盖率,提高草原生态安全性。

According to the characteristics and developing trend of use of land resources of this region, in order to achieve the optimal alloca- tion of land resources and puts forward some suggestions： through the development of reasonable land use planning to carry out the in- tensive and efficient exploitation of land; Give full play to the resource potential and advantage to exploit land resources planning; To improve land productivity by increasing the input in the land; To strengthen the protection of grassland vegetation coverage rate en- hancement and grassland ecological security.
