The cultivation of innovative talents based on college students' mechanical design competition

创新能力是衡量人才的重要标准,大学生机械设计竞赛是培养创新型人才有效的途径。本文着重介绍了大学生机械设计竞赛的基本情况和组织工作,分析大学生机械设计竞赛在培养创新型人才中的作用,指出现阶段机械设计竞赛存在的问题,并提出部分解决思路。

Innovation is an important standard to measure the college students＇ abilities, college students＇ mechanical design compe- tition is an effective way to improve college students＇ quality. This paper introduces the basic situation and organization work of college students＇ mechanical design competition. It analysis the important role of college students＇ mechanical design competition in cultivation of innovative talents, points out the existing problems and propose some solution ideas.
