《伤寒论》清下法在燥热证型糖尿病中的具体运用

Practical Application of Heat-clearing Method and Purgative Method Recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases for Diabetes Mellitus Diagnosed as Heat and Dryness Pattern

《伤寒论》中对燥热证和清下之法论述颇详,其论述可指导燥热证型糖尿病的治疗。笔者结合《伤寒论》和临床实践,认为对燥热证型糖尿病的治疗首先需明确燥热诊断,次辨燥热之病位不同、病情轻重差异,始终不忘整体观,并且正确使用清下法,可进一步提高临床疗效。

Treatise on Febrile Diseases illustrated the heat and dryness pattern and the heat-clearing and purgative method in detail could be a guide for the treatment of diabetes mellitus which was diagnosed as heat and dryness pattern according to syn- drome differentiation. Combined what the author had learned from Treatise on Febrile Diseases with the ones from clinical practice together, the author had been maintaining that the therapeutic effect of diabetes mellitus whose pattern was heat and dryness would be improved by accurate diagnosis for heat and dryness pattern, exact location of the pattern, precise assessment for the condition of the pattern, proper application of holism and therapeutic principle of heat-clearing and purgation.
