慢支康胶囊药效学的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Pharmacological Effects of the Chronic Bronchitis Treating Capsule (CBTC)

目的:研究慢支康胶囊的止咳祛痰、平喘抗炎作用。方法:采用脂多糖致大鼠慢支炎模型法来观察其对慢性支气管炎动物模型的影响;采用氨水引咳小鼠法、枸橼酸引咳豚鼠法观察其止咳作用;采用酚红排泌法、毛细玻管法观察其祛痰作用;采用组胺引喘豚鼠法观察其平喘作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法、小鼠棉球肉芽肿法观察其抗炎作用。结果:慢支康胶囊对脂多糖所致大鼠慢支炎模型具有良好的治疗作用,能降低升高的中性粒细胞数,能升高肺泡巨噬细胞数;能明显减少氨水引咳小鼠的咳嗽次数以及豚鼠咳嗽次数;能增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排出量,使大鼠排痰量增加;能延长组胺所致豚鼠哮喘的引喘潜伏期,具有一定的平喘作用;能抑制小鼠耳肿胀反应,抑制小鼠棉球肉芽肿重量,具有一定的抗炎作用。结论:慢支康胶囊对脂多糖所致大鼠慢支炎模型具有良好的治疗作用,同时具有良好的止咳祛痰、平喘抗炎作用。

Objective： To investigate the effects of the chronic bronchitis treating capsule （CBTC） on cough, phlegm, asthma, and inflammation of chronic bronchitis. Methods： With a rat model of chronic bronchitis induced by lipopolysaccharide （ LPS）, the effect of CBTC was detected on animals with chronic bronchitis. The relieving cough effect of CBTC was observed on both mice and guinea pigs with coughing caused by aqueous ammonia and citric acid respectively. The eliminating phlegm effect of CBTC was examined using methods of excreting phenol red and glass capillary. The relieving asthma effect of CBTC was deter- mined on guinea pigs with asthma caused by histamine. The anti-inflammation effect of CBTC was finally explored on mice with dimethylbenzene induced ear swelling and cotton ball induced granuloma. Results： CBTC down regulated the increasing number of neutrophilic granulocytes, up regulated the number of alveolar macrophages, and cured the LPS caused chronic bronchitis on rats. CBTC also significantly decreased the times of coughs caused by aqueous ammonia on mice and guinea pigs. CBTC in- creased the excretion volume of the phenol red in respiratory tracts of mice and the phlegm of rats. CBTC prolonged the incubation period of histamine caused asthma on guinea pigs, which revealed it had anti-asthma function. CBTC inhibited ear swelling and reduced the cotton ball weigh in mice, indicating it had significant anti-inflammation effect. Conclusions： CBTC has significant- ly curative effect on chronic bronchitis of Tats that induced by LPS and simultaneously can eliminating phlegm and anti-inflamma- tion.
