调神益智针法治疗血管性痴呆患者120例临床观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察调神益智针法对血管性痴呆(VaD)的疗效。方法:将240例确诊为(VaD)的患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各120例,分别给予调神益智针刺法和尼莫地平口服治疗,1个月后,对比分析治疗前后患者:①日常生活能力量表(MMSE)评分;②简易智力检查(ADL)评分;③长谷川痴呆量表评(HDS)评分。结果:MMSE、ADL和HDS评分,观察组治疗后均高于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组间有明显差别(P<0.05)。结论:调神益智针法对血管性痴呆有明显的治疗作用,有较大的临床推广应用价值。
