中国各省经济效率研究:基于超效率DEA三阶段模型

Research on Efficiency of China's economic efficiency Based on Three-stage DEA Model

随着社会经济的发展,我国面临着资源短缺和环境污染的双重压力,资源的高效利用及绿色经济将是我国经济发展的必然趋势。在剔除外生环境因素和随机误差项影响的条件下,筛选能反映综合经济效率的投入产出指标并运用超效率DEA三阶段模型对中国各省市经济发展效率进行评价,结果表明外生的环境和随机误差对我国经济效率影响很大,剔除前东部地区的经济效率最高,其次是西部地区,中部地区的经济效率最低,而剔除这些因素后,我国区域的经济效率高低次序是西、东、中。对此结果进行分析研究,可提出提高经济效率的相应建议与对策。

With the development of society and economy, our country is facing the dual pressure of the shortage of resources and envi- ronmental pollution. The efficient use of resources and the green economy will be the inevitable trend of economic develop- ment in China. On the condition of eliminating the influence of exogenous environment factors and random error term and af- ter screening the input -output index, which can reflect the comprehensive economic efficiency and the use the super effi- ciency DEA three - stage model to evaluate Chinese provincial economy efficiency. The results showed that the external envi- ronment and random error factors influence on Chinese economic efficiency. Excluding before China~ eastern region economic efficiency is the highest, followed by the central region, and the western region＇ s economic efficiency is the lowest. But af- ter, the order of economic efficiency level of China＇s regional is East, West and centre. Therefore, this paper tries to analyze the reasons, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to improve the economic efficiency.
