民族高等教育之文化发展的本质是民族高等教育的文化传承与创新。在深化文化体制改革和社会经济结构转型的宏观背景下,民族高等教育在促进我国民族文化繁荣发展的过程中,时常面临文化发展的传统性与现代性、多样性与统一性、本土化与国际化、理论性与实践性、封闭性与开放性,文化传承与创新、文化冲突与调适,主流文化与亚文化等对立统一的矛盾关系问题,以及民族高等教育如何实施多元文化整合和促进文化可持续发展等问题。从辩证唯物主义的角度深入剖析这十大关系,有助于更好地发挥民族高等教育的文化职能。

The essence of culture development of higher education for minorities is culture passes and innova- tion of higher education for minorities. Under the condition with deepening the revolution of culture system, higher education for minorities constantly is faced with some paradoxical culture issues which are traditional and modern, diversiform and unitive, localized and international, theoretical and practical, close and open, conflict- ed and adjusted, and so on. From the dialectic materialism prospective, we explain and discuss the ten relation- ships about culture development of higher education for minorities, which is benefit for higher education for mi- norities to fulfill the culture responsibilities.
