民族院校行政管理专业实践教学模式的创新研究 被引量:6

摘要 民族院校行政管理专业是为民族地区培养和输送行政管理人才的主阵地,创新实践教学模式是加强专业建设和转变人才培养模式的重要任务。然而,由于开设时间较晚,普遍存在着实践教学意识模糊、课程缺少、方法单一、师资薄弱、制度欠缺等许多不尽人意的地方。结合民族院校特殊性和专业属性,行政管理专业应当遵循以人为本、德育优先、就业导向、文化特色和整体优化的基本原则,加快构建具有地方特点、民族特色和专业优势的实践教学模式,坚持从明确目标定位、优化平台体系、深化方法改革、健全评价体系、完善保障体系等五方面探索创新策略。 Administrative management maior in ethnic universities and colleges is the dominant force of culti- vating and transporting administrative management talents for national regions, and its innovative practice teach- ing mode is the key to strengthen professional construction and to transform talent training mode. As a new e- merged major, there is a lot of problems, such as obscure instruction consciousness , lack of courses, teachers and teaching methods, imperfection of system. Particularity on ethnic colleges and universities, and professional at- tributes, administrative management major should follow the basic principle of people- oriented, priority of moral education, employment guidance, cultural characteristics and whole optimization. The aim is to accelerate the practice teaching mode with local characteristics, ethnic characteristics and professional advantages, and to explore innovation strategy from the following aspects: clarification of the target, optimization the platform sys- tem, deepening reform of the methods, perfecting evaluation system, perfecting the safeguard system.
