摘要
新中国成立60年以来,我国的民族高等教育办学体制历经五个发展阶段:新旧体制转换期,初步发展期,遭受破坏期,恢复重建期,改革深化期。追忆我国民族高等教育办学体制曲折坎坷的60年历程,从第一所民族学院成立到15所民族学院的发展;从民族院校在"文革"中几乎被全部撤销,到"十一届三中全会"后的全面恢复重建;从"五次全国民族学院院长会议"的相继召开,到"五次全国民族教育工作会议"的隆重举行;从计划经济下民族高等教育办学体制的建立,到市场经济下办学体制的转型与深化改革。这一系列的历史变迁,都印证了我国民族高等教育"与时俱进"的历史必然性,从而也凸显其重要的历史发展研究价值。
The 60 years since the founding of New China, China' s national higher education system experi- enced five stages of development: the old and new institutional transition period, the initial development period , the destruction of the period , recovery and reconstruction period , the deepening of reform period . The 60 Years of Remembrance of the twists and turns of China's national higher education system, from the first na- tional institute set up to 15 National Institute; from the National Institutes of "Cultural Revolution" almost com- plete withdrawal to the "eleventh plenary Session " full recovery and reconstruction; have held from the Presi- dency of the five National Institute for Nationalities to "five times the National Education Work Conference" was held; the establishment of the national higher education system from a planned economy to transformation and deepening the reform of the school system in the market economy. Series of historical changes, have confirmed the historical inevitability of the National Higher Education, "the Times", which also test an important histori- cal research value.
