摘要
目的:探讨妈富隆在子宫内膜息肉电切术后的应用价值。方法:收治子宫内膜息肉患者120例,需行宫腔镜电切术治疗,随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,观察组在宫腔镜电切术后口服妈富隆治疗,对照组术后不用激素治疗,随访24个月,观察月经恢复情况、子宫内膜及复发情况。结果:通过24个月随访发现,观察组月经改善情况、子宫内膜息肉复发率及子宫内膜厚度恢复情况明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜息肉电切术后口服妈富隆,可有效降低子宫内膜息肉复发率。
Objective：To investigate the value of Marvclon in patients with Endometrial polyps after electrocision. Methods： 120 ca- ses with endometrial polyps needing endom- etrial polyps resection were randomly divid- ed into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each. In the observation group, patients were given oral Marvelon treatment after endometrial polyps resection, in the control group patients were given no hor- mone treatment, follow - up of 24 months, menstrual recovery, endometrial and recur- rence were observed. Results： By the 24 month follow- up,the situation of menstrual improve, endometrial polyp recurrence rate and endometrial thickness was significantly better in the observation group than the con- trol group, there was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Given oral Marvel- on after endometrial polyps resection,can ef- fectively reduce the recurrence rate of endo- metrial polyps,is worthy of widespread clini- cal application.
