包皮环切术联合阴茎系带皮下羊肠线植入术治疗包皮过长合并早泄的临床疗效分析

目的:评价包皮环切术联合阴茎系带皮下羊肠线植入术治疗包皮过长合并早泄的临床效果。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组,其中40例行包皮环切术,40例行包皮环切术联合阴茎系带皮下羊肠线植入术。记录并分析患者手术前后阴道内射精潜伏时间和女方性交满意度。结果:行包皮环切术、或联合阴茎系带皮下羊肠线植入术后,患者平均阴道内射精潜伏时间和女方性交满意度较术前有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:包皮环切术联合阴茎系带皮下羊肠线植入术可明显延长包皮过长合并早泄者平均阴道内射精潜伏时间,提高性交满意度,优于单纯包皮环切术,是一种治疗包皮过长合并早泄的较为有效的方法。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on Circumcision combined with Hy- podermic catgut implantation of penile fren- ulum in the treatment of Redundant prepuce and Premature ejaculation patients. Meth- ods ： The 80 cases of Redundant prepuce and Premature ejaculation patients were random- ly divided into two groups ,40 cases received the treatment with Circumcision, other 40 cases received the treatment with circumci- sion combined with Hypodermic catgut im- plantation of penile frenulum. Do the statis- tic analysis of the Intravaginal ejaculation latency time and Sexual satisfaction of the woman. Results ： After treatment, there were statistic differences between the two groups in the Intravaginal ejaculation latency time and Sexual satisfaction of the woman （ P 〈 0. 05, or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Circumcision combined with Hypodermic catgut implanta- tion of penile frenulum can extend the Intra- vaginal ejaculation latency time and improve the Sexual satisfaction of the woman, whichis superior to Circumcision. It is a effective treatment method of Redundant prepuce and Premature ejaculation patients.
