卤米松乳膏合并复方白芷酊治疗寻常型白癜风临床疗效观察

目的:分析卤米松乳膏合并复方白芷酊治疗白癜风临床疗效。方法:收治寻常型的白癜风患者88例,观察组46例应用复方白芷酊、卤米松乳膏治疗,对照组42例应用甲氧沙林、卤米松乳膏治疗。结果:观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为95.6%和80.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卤米松乳膏合并复方白芷酊治疗寻常型白癜风,效果显著。

Objective： To analyze efficacy of Halometasone cream combined with com- pound angelica tincture in the treatment of Vitiligo Vulgaris. Methods： 88 vitiligo pa- tients in our hospital were divided into two groups,including observation group （ 46 ca- ses with Halometasone cream combined with compound angeliea tincture ）, and control group（42 cases with methoxsalen and Halo- metasone cream ）. Results： total effective rates in observation group and control group patients were 95.6% ,80.9% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Cmnpound angelica tincture combined with Halometasone cream might be safe and effective in the treatment of viti- ligo vulgaris.
