创伤骨科患者疼痛护理干预探讨

目的:探讨综合护理干预用于创伤骨科患者疼痛缓解的临床效果。方法:收治骨科手术治疗患者220例,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,其中对照组110例采用常规护理干预措施,观察组110例采用综合性护理干预措施;比较两组术后疼痛缓解率,护理前后疼痛评分,术后Barthel指数评分、镇痛药使用率及护理满意度等。结果:观察组术后疼痛缓解率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);对照组与观察组护理前疼痛评分组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);且观察组护理后疼痛评分下降程度明显优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05);同时观察组Barthel指数评分、镇痛药物使用率及护理满意度均明显优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预用于创伤骨科患者疼痛缓解效果确切,能够有效减轻术后疼痛,减少麻醉药物使用,提高护理满意度,改善生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the pain relief effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on orthopedic trauma. Methods： 220 patients with orthopedic surgery were chose in the period from May 2010 to July 2012 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group（ 110 patients）with conventional nursing interven- tion and observation group （110 patlents） with comprehensive nursing intervention; and the postoperative pain relief rate, pain scores before and after nursing intervention, postoperative Barthel Index scores, analgesic usage rate and nursing satisfaction of both groups were compared. Results：The postop- erative pain relief rate of control group and observation group were 52. 7% , 82. 7% ; The postoperative pain relief rate of observa- tion group were significantly better than con- trol group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no signifi- cant difference in pain scores before nursing intervention between control group and ob- servation group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The improving degree of pain scores after nursing interven- tion of observation group were significantly better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. And the postoperative Barthel Index scores, anal- gesic usage rate and nursing satisfactionof observation group were significantly better than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The comprehensive nursing intervention on pain of patients with orthopedic trauma pos- sess significant effects, can efficiently relieve postoperative pain, lower analgesic usage rate, higher nursing satisfaction, improve life quality, and is worthy of clinical applica- tion.
