锁定钢板在肱骨近端粉碎性骨折中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板(LPHP)在肱骨近端粉碎性骨折中的治疗。方法:应用LPHP治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者41例,男27例,女14例,年龄25~76岁,平均57岁,根据Neer分类,三部分骨折33例,四部分骨折8例。结果:随访5~20个月,平均13个月,无切口感染,肩关节僵硬,肱骨头坏死。根据Neer评分优良率87%。结论:LPHP治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折愈合率高,操作简单,固定稳定,并发症少等优点,适合于肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的治疗。 Objective :To investigate the proximal humeral locking plate (LPHP) in treating for proximal humerus comminuted fracture. Mehtods : From Jun. 2006 to Jun. 2012, 41 cases with proximal humerus comminuted fracture were treated with LPHP,with 27 cases of male and 14 eases of female,25 -76 years old,an average was 57 years old. According to the Neer classification,33 cases were the threepart fractures, 8 cases were the four - part fractures. Results: All patients were following up for 5 - 20 months, an average of 13 months, none of incision infection ,shoulder joint stiffness and humeral head necrosis. According to the Neer classification, excellent rate was 87%. Conclusion: LPHP treating for proximal humerus comminuted fracture had high healing rate, simple operation, stable fixed and few complications, which was suitable for the treating of proximal humerus comminuted fracture.
